The firm was founded in 2011 by James Oh, Ph.D PE. We are dedicated 15 years of experience in building design and engineering consulting. Our range of services includes design, and engineering.
Located in Mid Manhattan, we speicialize on residential and commercial renovations, additions, and adaptive re-use of old buildings. This diversity has expanded the firm’s experience to include residential, complex commercial, church, hotels, golf resort and more.
